View Point Lodge
ViewPoint Lodge sits on the edge of the canal leading to the magnificent Inle Lake in the colorful Southern Shan State village of Nyaung Shwe.
The ViewPoint reflects the beauty of its name. The scenic surroundings include the canal leading to the lake on one side and rice paddies on the other, overlooking the highest mountains in the region. The Lodge is walking distance to the village of Nyaung Shwe, and is a 40-minute drive from Heho Airport and aslo 18-hole golf course.
ViewPoint is the only lodge in the Shan region boasting two restaurants that blend excellent local and continental cuisine and wines, room service, together with Swiss management.
The ViewPoint Restaurant is the best local restaurant in Myanmar according to the Routard Guide and Lonely Planet Travel Guide books. In our second restaurant, The Shan, you can dine while enjoying an amazing view of the canal, rice paddies and the highest mountains in the Inle region.
