Day 01 Route: Yangon (Arrival) l, d

On arrival at Yangon International airport, welcome by your Local English Speaking Station Guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel. After check-in at the hotel, start visit the old colonial style city centre with gilded Sule Pagoda, City Hall, Maha bandola Park, old colonial buildings, Strand hotel and Yangon old Post office. After that, visit Bothahtaung Pagoda, one of the old Pagodas and located on the Yangon River Bank.

 

In the evening, visit Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda (Reclining Buddha Image) and Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the world’s most spectacular religious monuments and the golden dome of Shwedagon Pagoda rises 98 meters above its base and its covered with 60 tons of pure gold and enjoy the beautiful sunset from Shwedagon Pagoda.

Day 02 Route: Yangon - Heho-Pindaya b, l, d

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the domestic airport for your short flight to Heho. Upon arrival, welcome by your Local English Speaking Station Guide at the airport and proceed to Pindaya (approximately 2 hours) drive by car. On arrival at Pindaya, visit Pone Taloke Lake and Shwe Oo Min Cave Pagoda, a massive limestone cavern filled with thousands of gilded Buddha Statues. Inside the cavern there are more than 8,000 Buddha Images- made from alabaster, teak, marble, brick, lacquer and cement. And then, visit around in Pindaya.

Day 03 Route: Pindaya-Heho-Inle Lake b, l, d

 

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Nyaung Shwe which is the main access point for Inle Lake (approximately 3 hours) drive by car. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check in. After that, start visit Nge Phel Chaung monastery, floating gardens and Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, one of the main principle shrines in Myanmar and Cheroot factories by boat.

 

In the evening, visit around Inle Lake and discover the way of lives of Intha people who live on the lake.

Day 04 Route: Inle Lake (Excursion to Indein) b, l, d

After breakfast at the hotel, visit five days colourful floating market. After that enjoy a boat ­­­­­ one leg rowing that you cannot see in other places. The nett they use to cast down for fishing in shallow water is also something interesting. In Indein, you can learn the life of Pao Tribes people and visit local workshops. After that return back to Inle and visit Silver & Gold smith workshop, silk weaving workshop and weaving robes workshop that robes is using for lotus threads.

Day 05 Route: Inle Lake-Heho - Mandalay b, l, d

After breakfast at the hotel, time and leisure at the hotel until your flight time to Mandalay. And then, transfer to the domestic airport for your short flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival, welcome by your Local English Speaking Station Guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in. After check-in at the hotel, start visit Mahamuni Buddha Image with its spectacular Buddha Image covered with thick layer of gold leaves, marble workshops where Buddha statues are expertly crafted using power tools, Shwe In Bin monastery, Shwe Nan Daw Kyaung or Golden Palace monastery, a superb example of a traditional wooden building and Zay Cho market that market is the famous market in Mandalay.

 

In the evening, visit Mandalay Hill and enjoy the sunset of the panoramic view of the city.

Day 06 Route: Mandalay (Excursion to Mingun) (By boat) b, l, d

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the jetty and proceed to Mingun by boat. Upon arrival, visit unfinished Mingun Pathodawgyi Pagoda which is regarded as the world largest pile of bricks, Mingun Bell, weighing 90 tons and the world largest uncracked bell, Hsibyume Pagoda and Pondaw Pagoda.

 

After that, return back to Mandalay. On arrival, visit Kuthodaw Pagoda, known as the world’s largest book, consisting of 729 marble slabs engraved with Buddhist scriptures and also the world heritage site in Myanmar. And visit traditional hand woven silk workshop and tapestries craftmen’s shop.

Day 07 Route: Mandalay (Excursion to Sagaing, Ava and Amarapura) b, l, d

After breakfast at the hotel, proceeds to Sagaing over 1 kilometer long bridge built in 1934 across the Ayarwaddy River to Sagaing Hills. On arrival, visit Kaung Mhu Daw Pagaoda, Soon Oo Pon Nya Shin Pagoda and Umin Thounzeh Pagoda. Sagaing is an important religious site of Myanmar that have many monasteries and nunneries. In the afternoon, proceed to Ava. Upon arrival visit Bagaya Monastery, fort walls, brick causeway, Nanmyint Watch Tower and Maha Aung myae Bonzan brick monastery by horse cart.

 

After that, proceed to Amarapura, the ancient capital city. On arrival, visit Mahagandayon monastery, where more than a thousand monks live and study, Bagaya Monastery, with a superb collection of Buddha statues.

 

In the evening, visit 200 year old U Bein Teak bridge which is located on Taung Ta Mann Lake, the longest wooden Teak bridge in the world and enjoy the beautiful sunset. After that, return back to Mandalay.

Day 08 Route: Mandalay - Bagan b, l, d

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the domestic airport for your short flight to Bagan (Nyaung U) which is over 2,000 Pagodas and Temples represent Myanmar cultural heritage of the 11th-13th century AD. On arrival, welcome by your Local English Speaking Station Guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel. After check-in at the hotel, visit Nyaung Oo Local market and see the ways of life of the Local people, Shwezigon Pagoda built by the founder of Bagan King Anawrahta in 11th century, Arnanda Temple that is one of the finest, largest, best preserved and most revered of all Bagan Temples, Kyansitha Umin, Thatbyinnyu Pagoda, the highest pagoda in Bagan and Htilominlo Temple.

 

In the evening, visit Lacquer ware workshop and see how to produce the quality lacquer ware, Manuha Temple with gigantic Buddha Image that you can feel the captive king Manuha impression of life in prison, Gubyaukgyi Temple, a temple with exquisite murals of Jakata scenes and Dhamanyangyi Temple which is the massive temple in Bagan.

 

After that, visit Shwesandaw Pagoda and enjoy the beautiful sunset of the panoramic view of Bagan.

Day 09 Route: Bagan (Excursion to Mount Popa) b, l, d

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a scenic overland journey to Mt.Popa, an extinct volcano with its shrine dedicated to animist spirits, known as Nats. For the energetic, there is time to climb the 777 steps to the shrine at the top of the volcanic plug and enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding landscapes a top Popa Taung Kalat.

 

After that, return back to Bagan. On the way, visit Jaggery (Palm Sugar) shop and study how to make the palm sugar and taste the jaggery and a sip of palm spirit (Local people called Sky Beer).

 

On arrival to Bagan, transfer to the hotel.

Day 10 Route: Bagan - Yangon b, l, d

After breakfast at the hotel, start visit Laymyetna Pagoda, Payathonzu Temple, Tayokepyay Pagoda, Thambula temple and Nandapinnya Temple.

In the afternoon, visit Lacquer ware industry, Seinnyet Pagoda, Apeyadana Temple and Myazedi Pagoda which is famous for the stone inscriptions in four Languages.

 

Depend on your flight time, transfer to the domestic airport for your short flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, welcome by your Local English Speaking Station Guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Day 11 Route: Yangon (Departure) b, l

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Bogyoke Aung San market (closed on every Monday and Public holidays), formerly known as Scott’s Market, to browse through the dozens of stalls and shops. Bogyoke Aung San Market is the Yangon’s best market for handicrafts and other goods, China Town.

In the afternoon, visit Kabar Aye Pagoda, this pagoda was built in 1952 for Sixth Buddhist Synod held, Maha Passana Cave, Royal White Elephant and Kyauktawgyi Pagoda or also known as Lawka Chantha Arbayar Laba Muni Buddha Image.

 

Depend on your flight time, transfer to Yangon International airport for your departure flight from Myanmar.
