Reservation
All kinds of services should be booked directly with Our Celebrated Myanmar Travel & Tours.
Tour Price
All tour prices are based on US dollars and there are excluding airport tax, optional services and personal spending money.
Gratuities and Tipping
Gratuities and tips are excluded in the tour price. If your tour guide or any other person during your trip were especially kind or helpful a gratuity would be greatly appreciated.
Accommodation
We arrange that the accommodations are provided in hotels with air conditioning, hot and cold water and private bathrooms. We arrange the luxury tour package with 5 and 4 stars hotels. Normal tour package is arranged with 3 stars hotels and Budget tour package include 2 stars. All tour price are based on two persons sharing a room(use Twin or Double beds).And then, arrange the single room for one person depend on requirement or demand.
Group Discount
We will give one member as the complimentary subject every 16th member of a group.
Guide Services
All tour programs are provided by local English speaking guides. Price for language guide accompanying throughout will be of the additional charges.
Refund
After beginning of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the programmers which are not utilized by the clients.
Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit of 30 percents of the total amount due is required to initiate and confirm booking, this deposit is non refundable. Full payment must be paid to the following bank account before one month prior to the arrival of the clients.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation takes effect the day on when the written notice is received and also sends to us via Email or Fax. Cancellation rules are as follows:
Up to 46 days arrival date – No Charge
Cancellation within 45 days to 31 days prior to arrival – 30% of total tour cost
Cancellation within 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of total tour cost
Cancellation within 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 75% of total tour cost
Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or no show – 100% of total tour cost
Responsibility
Celebrated Myanmar Travel and Tours acts only as the agent for the person or company, providing accommodation, transports or other services and assume no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the tour programmes. And assumes no liability or responsibility for loses or additional expenses due to accident, delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, acts of God, transport failure, strikes, wars or other causes beyond its control.
